System of claim
We will carry out all relevant claims with coordination of valid Czech laws. Minimum warranty for goods, unless specified otherwise, is 2 years in compliance with the Czech law.
Claim for use the warranty can be abolished, if:
1. The product was damaged during the transport. The evident damage of goods or package is necessary to solve this problem with forwarder immediately. The customer is not obligatory to take these goods from forwarder. He has to inform the seller by return.
2. The product was damaged by instalment, manipulation or servicing against the rules in the manual of product.
3. The product was use in the conditions, which are nonconforming to parameters and demands from documentation.
4.The product was damaged by action of natural elements.
5.The product was damaged by abnormal loading and using against the conditions in the manual of product.
6.The product was damaged by result of connection to the electric network, which isn´t conform to the Czech state norm.
Complaint procedure:
1.Inform us about claim by phone or e-mail.
2.Send the goods by registered post package to our address.
3. Put the copy of purchasing document and write the reason of claim
We will solve your claim ASAP, but 30 days from beginning of claim at the latest.
Avoidance of contract:
The Purchaser is entitled to withdraw from the contract (returning goods) in complianace with the paragraph No.53 of the Czech Civil Code. The goods may be returned in the statutory term of 14 days, specifically only if unused, in the original package and undamaged, including all the original accessories. In case of returning goods the fee shall be deducted from the price of the goods and the remaining amount shall be returned to the Purchaser’s bank account. We will not return the fee of transport.
